The History of Hirshfeld’s, Hochheimer & Co., & Brock’s Stores

The History of Hirshfeld’s, Hochheimer & Co., and Brock’s Department Store will trace the history of three pioneer Jewish merchant families in Bakersfield and how their stores impacted our community. Please join us on Wednesday, September 4th at 6:00pm at the Kern County Museum at 3801 Chester Avenue for this intriguing presentation by Lori Wear, Curator of Collections. Admission is free for Museum members, $10 for adults, and $5 for children.
