Event Details

The Tehachapi Mountain Festival® has been providing quality family entertainment for the community for 56 years. Traditionally held on the third weekend in August, it is the largest family event within the community and includes fun for the entire family. The Festival includes an Arts and Crafts Show, Food, Live Entertainment, Carnival, 5K/10K Run, Mountain Festival Parade, Thunder on the Mountain Car Show, PRCA Rodeo, VFW Dinner and Dance, Pancake Breakfast and much more. An estimated 30,000 to 40,000 attend, with the attendance growing each year. Get out of the heat and join us for some good family fun.

Carnival & PRCA Rodeo begin on Friday, August 16th. Arts & Craft and Park Festival Saturday, August 17th & Sunday, August 18th from 10 am – 5 pm.
